By using the Fantasy Football Auction Draft Simulator (the "site"), you agree to these terms. The site is provided free of charge as a personal hobby project. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site.

What this site is

The site is a simulator. It runs a mock auction-style fantasy football draft against computer-controlled opponents so you can practice bidding strategy and roster construction before your real league's draft. Nothing on this site is an actual fantasy football platform — there is no real league, no real money, and no connection to any real fantasy contest.

Not affiliated with any league or platform

This site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, ESPN, Yahoo Fantasy, Sleeper, NFL Fantasy, CBS Sports, the NFL Players Association, or any other organization. Player names are used for informational and identification purposes only.

Use at your own risk

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Specifically:

• Player rankings, auction values, projected stats, and other data may be outdated, incomplete, or wrong. Do not rely on the site as a sole source of decision-making for any real fantasy draft, betting decision, or other commitment.
• The site may be unavailable, broken, or change without notice.
• The behavior of the computer opponents is simulated and does not predict how real human drafters will behave.

You agree that any draft strategy, roster decision, or league action you take based on what you experience on this site is entirely your own responsibility.

No gambling

The site is for entertainment only. It does not host, facilitate, or process gambling, wagers, or any contest with prizes. If you participate in real fantasy contests elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and the rules of those platforms.

Acceptable use

Don't do anything illegal, harmful, or abusive with the site. In particular, don't try to break or overload the site, scrape it at high volume, or use it to harass anyone.

Third-party services and ads

The site links to or embeds third-party services (currently FormSubmit for delivering emailed draft results, and an advertising network such as Google AdSense). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to losing your fantasy league, picking the wrong player, or any other regret traceable to time spent on this page.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above will be updated when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
